Terms of Use

1. The service

The App provides tools for personal budgeting, record keeping, reminders, reports, and related organization. Features may change as the App is improved.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the financial decisions you make, protecting your device and account credentials, remembering backup passphrases, and keeping any exported backups safe. Always verify important figures against official records.

3. Pro purchase

The App may offer a one-time Pro upgrade through Google Play. The price and included features are shown before purchase. Payment, receipts, cancellation rights, and eligible refund requests are handled under Google Play’s applicable terms and policies. A purchase may need to be verified and associated with your account to grant or restore Pro access.

Deleting an App account does not automatically erase transaction records maintained by Google Play or guarantee a refund.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the App or services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, bypass purchase or security controls, introduce malicious code, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the App reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features that depend on Google Play, Supabase, advertising networks, connectivity, or your device may be temporarily unavailable. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

6. Ownership

The App, its design, and its original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App; they do not transfer ownership of the App to you. You retain responsibility for information you enter.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for financial decisions, missed payments, inaccurate user-entered information, loss of a backup passphrase, or failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Account suspension and termination

You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate service access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the App or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply, subject to applicable law.
